Hey Reader,
🌞 Not-Blue Moment
It’s Sunday morning and grey outside.
But something about this kind of grey feels calm rather than heavy.
Over the past few days I’ve been settling into a new neighborhood in London, discovering small routines again. Walking to a nearby café in the morning. Trying out new gyms. Watching how the streets slowly wake up.
In some ways it almost feels like I’m seeing London for the first time again.
The past five or six weeks in Hong Kong recharged me more than I realized at the time. Somewhere in the middle of a fourteen-hour flight back to London, I finally had the space to pause and process everything: conversations, small moments of encouragement, unexpected support.
At one point, I described the feeling as if someone had handed me an invisible cape.
Not something dramatic. Just the quiet confidence that comes from realizing the path you’re on might actually make sense.

✨ Spark to Carry Forward
Spring is slowly approaching, and with it that familiar feeling that things are beginning to grow again.
This year, the promise I’ve made to myself is simple: to build the muscles for better conversations.
Not just small talk, but the kind of conversations that clarify ideas, open unexpected doors, and quietly move life forward.
Conversations that help me think more clearly.
Conversations that help others move forward.
And conversations that eventually turn into something real — ideas, collaborations, businesses that can sustain themselves.
Sometimes growth doesn’t arrive all at once.
Sometimes it begins with a single thoughtful conversation.
